![]() ![]() Sure they could shut the program down, take a few weeks to re-code the entire system to remove one ban, spend another month trying to debug the system, and then finally have it working just so you could get banned five minutes later for the same thing, but why would they do that when they're just simple volunteers trying to keep a very wonky server program that's somewhat stable at best when you add in a bunch of extra scripts and models. Now it's not due to being rude for staff not assisting with the automated bans, it's that they have no control or access to the ban list due to it being all locked in the automated system. ![]() Seems simple enough right? Well, sometimes it takes an entire crew to do some heist-style preparation before these rules are understand, but once everyone understands them, everyone is happier and things progress smoother.
